Our Refund & Return Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.

Cancellations

Need to cancel? No problem — just contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we’ll cancel it at no charge. After 12 hours, your order may already be in processing and we may not be able to stop it.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for items that are unused and in their original condition. To start a return, please email us at support@newmarketenterprise.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method. We’ll send you an email confirmation when it’s done.

We also offer a full refund or free reshipment if:

• Your order never arrived (after the expected delivery window)
• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged

Exceptions

We’re unable to issue refunds in the following cases:

• The order was undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout
• The package was delayed or held due to customs or circumstances outside our control
